Message from the CEO
I'm Yuki, the founder of Xvolve. This challenge marks my third major turning point. The first was during university, when I founded a company in a small apartment with only a vague desire to achieve something. We tackled over 10 internet businesses, and one of them, 'Rejob,' grew to over 200 staff in about five years. In 2014, we sold the business for around ¥2B.
The second was living abroad after the exit. I traveled around the world—from African slums and Middle Eastern conflict zones to Nordic welfare states and Silicon Valley startups. Throughout, I've searched for 'what is needed now' and 'what I should do.'
